History
St. Ann’s High School, Peddapalli (Rangampalli) was founded by the Sisters of St. Ann of Providence to provide faith-based, high-quality education to the children of the local community. Located in Rangampalli, Peddapalli, the school grew from a small parish-linked beginning into a well-established institution known for its caring atmosphere, disciplined academic programme, and emphasis on moral formation. Over the years it has expanded its facilities and staff to meet the needs of a growing student population while remaining rooted in the congregation’s charism of service, simplicity, and trust in Divine Providence.
Academically the school focuses on holistic formation — strong fundamentals in languages, mathematics and sciences alongside values education, life skills, and co-curricular activities. Students are encouraged to excel in exams, sports, arts, and public speaking, while teachers provide personal attention and mentorship. The school also emphasizes formation programs, religious instruction, and character development so that pupils grow intellectually, morally, and spiritually.
St. Ann’s serves society beyond the classroom through regular outreach programmes: literacy and tuition support for underprivileged children, health and hygiene camps, community awareness drives, and services during local emergencies. The school partners with parents and local groups to run skills training, environmental initiatives, and social-welfare projects, producing graduates who are not only competent learners but also responsible, service-oriented citizens committed to the common good.
